Die Kuhnke FIO Safety Erweiterungsmodule sind in jeden EtherCAT® -Verbund integrierbar. Die Konfiguration und Programmierung wird mit CODESYS erstellt und über EtherCAT® / FSoE übertragen. Erkennt die EtherCAT -Klemme einen Fehler, geht sie in den sicheren Zustand (fail safe). Die FIO Sicherheits-E/As und Sicherheits-SPS von Kendrion erfüllen die Anforderungen der IEC 61508 SIL3 und DIN EN ISO 13849 PLe.
- Die Programmierung erfolgt mittels CODESYS Safety Plugin
- Frei programmierbare Safety-PLC (IEC 61508 SIL3 und DIN EN ISO 13849-1 PL e)
- Zertifizierte Safety-Funktionsbausteine
- Geringer Zeitaufwand für Entwicklung, Verifikation und Abnahme einer Sicherheitsapplikation
