Kendrion N.V. is a public limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, with its corporate seat in Amsterdam.

Kendrion has a two-tier board structure with a Supervisory Board and Executive Board that are accountable to our shareholders. The Executive Board, consisting of the CEO and the CFO, is entrusted with the management of Kendrion, under supervision of the Supervisory Board.

The Executive Board is responsible for the management and the continuity of Kendrion and Kendrion’s long-term value creation strategy, objectives, results, and policies.
