Modulare SPS
FIO Steuerungssysteme mit CODESYS
Kendrion modulare SPS-Systeme sind IEC 61131-3-konforme Steuerungen, die mit dem CODESYS Development System V3 programmiert werden. Die Steuerungen sind als Stand-Alone-Gerät und in Kombination mit Kuhnke FIO I/O-Modulen einsetzbar und decken Anwendungen von kompakten Einzellösungen bis zu verteilten Steuerungsarchitekturen ab.
Die Steuerungen unterstützen EtherCAT, CANopen, Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC UA und PROFINET. Diese Protokolle ermöglichen die Integration in bestehende Automatisierungsarchitekturen und die Kommunikation mit übergeordneten Systemen und Feldgeräten.
Gerätevarianten mit CODESYS SoftMotion und SoftMotion CNC+Robotics ermöglichen die Realisierung von Achssteuerungs- und Robotiканwendungen ohne zusätzliche Hardware. Die Web-Visualisierung ist Bestandteil des CODESYS Development Systems.
Die Steuerungen sind in kompakter Bauform mit passiver Kühlung ausgeführt und für den industriellen Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt.
