Modular PLC
FIO control systems with CODESYS
Kendrion modular PLC systems are IEC 61131-3-compliant controllers programmed with the CODESYS Development System V3. The controllers are suitable for use as stand-alone devices and in combination with Kuhnke FIO I/O modules, covering applications from compact single solutions to distributed control architectures.
The controllers support EtherCAT, CANopen, Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC UA and PROFINET. These protocols enable integration into existing automation architectures and communication with higher-level systems and field devices.
Device variants with CODESYS SoftMotion and SoftMotion CNC+Robotics enable the implementation of axis control and robotics applications without additional hardware. Web visualisation is included in the CODESYS Development System.
The controllers feature a compact design with passive cooling and are designed for continuous industrial operation.
