Optimal drive controller
The highly manoeuvrable AGVs are optimally controlled with Kendrion’s Drive Control. For perfect synchronisation, each wheel is addressed individually with a drive controller.
The compact Drive Control also convinces with an integrated brake control. The Drive Control is also ideally suited for use as a stronger auxiliary drive for turntables and lifts in AGVs.

Safety PLC for AGV
Our Safety Environment is optimally suited for monitoring the working area via a laser scanner. The position and speed of the AGV are permanently monitored. When an object enters the AGV environment, its speed can be safely reduced and increased again, and an emergency stop can be triggered if necessary.
The large safe process image (FSoE frame) optimally supports drive controllers with safety functions such as STO, SS1, SLS. Our safety solution thus offers a decisive contribution to maximum productivity of the AGV.

Optimum AGV control
The Stepper Control from Kendrion is your auxiliary drive for a wide range of functions in and on the AGV. By independently controlling 3-step motors per Stepper Control, various functions such as operating or lifting turntables, lifts, flaps, rollers and belts can be performed. It offers three additional inputs per drive, which can either be used as limit or reference switches or for independent functions such as manual operation of the drive unit.

Modern visualisation
Kendrion offers display and touch systems for AGV status messages. For the display of current orders, status indications and fault messages, Kendrion offers display systems with a screen diagonal of 4-15 inches. The compact all-rounders with industrial interfaces and scalable display offer easy integration into the CODESYS world and also impress with their low weight due to their plastic housing.
In addition, they have the option of a WLAN access point for service and programming.
