Who can I contact if I have general questions or questions about a job?

You are welcome to contact the person responsible for the position (named in the job advertisement).

How do I apply for a position at Kendrion?

Which documents should I attach to my application?

A full CV, a letter of motivation and relevant references or certificates should be included to give us a comprehensive picture of your qualifications.

How is the interview process structures? Are there several rounds of interviews?

The number of interviews depends on the position to be filled. The responsible Recuriter will inform you about the application process. An initial interview can take place on the phone or via MS Teams.

Is it necessary to speak the local language or is it possible to communicate in English?

English is the business language at Kendrion, especially in international teams. However, depending on the position, the local language may be a prerequisite and is often helpful for communicating with colleagues and customers.

Does Kendrion offer internships, working student jobs or trainee programs for pupils, students and career starters?

In general we try to offer various programs to pupils, students and young professionals. However, this depends on the current situation at the location and capacity.

Yes, Kendrion promotes team spirit through regular team-building measures and company events such as barbecues, summer and Christmas parties.

What benefits do you offer?

It depends on the location - we offer e.g. Hansefit, fruit baskets and free drinks as water or coffee at many locations. You can find out all the information about this from the HR manager for the relevant job advertisement.

Is it possible to work in an international team across different locations?

Yes, of course! Many teams work across locations and use digital tools for collaboration. Depending on the location/needs, an international exchange can also be made possible.

Yes, remote working options are offered where possible and appropriate.
