Flexible control expertise: Kendrion's new duo solution for mechanical engineering and automation
The FIO Controller 111 is a new, cost-effective PLC based on ARM technology that impresses with its modular architecture. Via E-bus connection, the controller can be expanded with EtherCAT I/O modules and thus optimally adapted to specific requirements. Programming is done via CODESYS V3, a globally recognized industry standard that enables smooth integration into existing infrastructures.
For maximum flexibility, the FIO Controller 111 is equipped with a wide range of communication interfaces, including Industrial Ethernet, CAN, RS485 and EtherCAT. In addition, further communication channels can be implemented by using additional interface and bus modules. An integrated µSD card allows local storage of process data and exchange of control programs, which facilitates use in a wide range of applications.
These features make the FIO Controller 111 a flexible and powerful solution for modern control systems. The new controller sets new standards in automation technology with its extensive range of integrated analog and digital inputs and outputs. Thanks to the innovative plug-and-play configuration, a wide range of special functions such as A/B/Ref encoder inputs, event counters, PWM channels or two PTO axis interfaces can be easily and flexibly implemented.
The proven Vico 04 HMI perfectly complements the controller. With its CODESYS HMI option and modern web visualization, it enables intuitive control – without any additional software. At the same time, the panel relieves the controller by taking over the complete visualization and thus optimizing system performance.
In addition, the Vico 04 HMI impresses with its robust construction and versatile application possibilities in industrial environments. It is available in three display sizes – 4.3“, 7” and 10.4” – and thus offers the right solution for different application requirements. The plastic front panel with black inlay is seamlessly sealed against dust, dirt and splashing water, thus guaranteeing reliable operation even under demanding conditions. Versatile interfaces such as Ethernet, RS-232 and USB are available for integration into existing systems. Visualization is based on CODESYS V3 HMI, the recognized standard for modern user interfaces, which enables intuitive control and easy implementation.
With these features, the Vico 04 HMI not only offers a high level of user-friendliness, but also the robustness and flexibility that are essential in industrial applications.
