The analogue I/Os special module series offers different analogue input signals for special applications on an intelligent module from the Kuhnke EtherCAT I/O family.
The Kuhnke FIO AI4 U/I/R/T offers 4 analogue inputs, each of which can be configured for current, voltage, resistance or temperature. The inputs offer a resolution of up to 24 bits. The sampling rate per channel is adjustable. The measured values can be conveniently scaled in user units on the module. The configuration is carried out in CODESYS via plug-in modules that are inserted into the corresponding slots. One slot corresponds to one analogue channel. This procedure is based on the ‘EtherCAT Modular Device Profile’.
