The Kuhnke FIO Controller 111 is an ARM-based entry-level compact PLC programmed with CODESYS V3. The controller supports Industrial Ethernet, CAN, RS485 and OPC UA, exchanging data with higher-level systems and field devices via these interfaces. The integrated configurable IOs include fast counters, analog value processing, PTO outputs and encoder inputs. They enable control of up to two axes without additional hardware. Via the lateral E-Bus connector, the FIO Controller 111 is expandable with EtherCAT I/O modules of the Kuhnke FIO Line. A µSD card enables local storage of process data and program transfer. For machine operation, Kuhnke recommends the Vico operator panel series with CODESYS HMI option.
