The robust FIO Controller 328 with passive cooling is equipped with a powerful Raspberry Pi CM 4. The generous memory, including remanent data, is ideal for CODESYS PLC applications. Data can be exchanged with other systems via the integrated Industrial Ethernet interfaces such as EtherCAT, Modbus and serially via CAN and RS-485. Alternatively, OPC UA is also available as an IOT protocol.
The control system can be flexibly expanded with EtherCAT I/O modules from the Kuhnke FIO series via the E-bus connection on the side.
Additional decentralised EtherCAT devices are connected directly to the 328 controller via the EtherCAT OUT connection.
